About Us

Who we are

David Consulting Engineers (DCE) Limited is a Malawian consulting firm, the beneficial interest in the firm is 100% owned by Malawian nationals. All directors and senior management officers and majority of staff are Malawian nationals with a few projects based members of staff who are nationals of the World Bank Group Member Countries in the African region. Current directors are Eng. D. Mzandu, Lyton Zinyemba, Pempho Likongwe SC, Phyiles Kachingwe, Justin Nyondo, and Charo Mgabadere.

The company was founded by Eng. Mzandu after a distinguished career with Malawi Ministry of Works. The firm was initially registered with the Registrar of Companies on 22 September 1999 in Malawi as a Sole Proprietorship and became operational on 28 February 2000. Later the firm was incorporated as a limited company in accordance with the Laws of Malawi under company registration No. 14178.

We help with the overall planning of a project from start to finish.

The company offers and mobilises requisite resources and provide services with a wide range of expertise in the following main fields but not limited.
